What I Wore Today!

So I must say, I haven't purchased much this summer season because a girl needs to know when to stop. (Example, I don't need more: cafe capris, jeans, shorts, tanks, tees, shoes, bags, cashmere-let's not even go near that one...) But one tiny top just. isn't. going. to. hurt. Right? Right.

Lightweight, unlined and beautifully colored- I made this my Fall transitional piece. The brown is like copper, and the blues bring anything but. The blues are a royal violet, and contrast really well with the browns and blacks. I really do love this top, along with the J.Crew Cashmere Keepsake Cardigan in black. I felt very vibrant, on an otherwise dull Monday.

  4. LOL! Glad you knew it was me. I liked the skirt too but I think the shirt is a more practical choice. Love the blog.

  5. Yes, I love prints, but only in careful moderation. I think the top can be worn with a black skirt, probably white chinos, and definitely jeans. I liked the skirt, but it's too easy of a print to nail for laundry hamper diving if you wore it 2 times in 2 weeks...
